Cell C Cashback and misinformation

<p>I was due for an upgrade so I heard of the CellC cashback rewards. I app**** for a Pinacle 1000 contract which gives R7000 Cashback. Everything thing was handled great, and i asked the sales consultant if i could make it a top up and if it would affect my cashback bonus - he told me that it wont affect my cashback but that i might pay an extra R20 per month or something more every month. I agreed to that. Later that week i was phoned by a lady who wanted to do my terms and conditions and was told that it is not a top up as i requested. AGAIN i asked if it would affect my cashback and she also said no. Today i got paid my cashback BUT ONLY R3500!. I enquired and was told it was because i changed it to a top up. NOT ONCE DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS I INFORMED THAT IF I REQUEST A TOP UP AND NOT AND OPEN LINE WILL I NOT GET MY FULL R7000. I was just phoned by the person who did the contract and told him to go and listen to the recordings (which apparenty he is doing).
