Cell C careless & ***********

<p>Cell C, the organisation which is already reeling from his lack of direction and failure to act repeatedly demonstrate his inability to make even the simplest decision. The owners/managers of the shops have careless attitude towards customers, no wonder that the staff run the shops with the same uncooperative attitude. In desesperation to connect to Internet I approached Robert at Fourways shopping center. He told me that he doesn't have password to use to connect to wi-fi. I asked him to get one. His answer was a firm "NO". Northgate, another one that should be closed down asap. Still waiting from feedback from Zanele as she doesn't take my calls anymore. Calling uncare customers service at head office is just waste of time. I am asking: why do they insist on trying to pull everything down to their level of disfunction? Useless absolutely useless </p>
