Cell c can't fix a simple instruction and I'm fed up with *********** staff

I need someone to assist me with my account for 9 months now I have been struggling with incompetence from call centre agents that clearly don't now their job. I don't want a call centre agents phoning me again I need someone higher to contact me so we can sort out my account for once and for all
