Cell c - can’t do simple functions
I bought a Cell c 2 Gig R149.00 bundle for one of my staff. In error I used my number. I am a Vodacom client. I phoned the call centre and they said that they cannot help and recommended *147# which does not work either. They wanted a good rating at the end of the call. They should pull their finger out of the dijk as they can do anything as they can switch your phone on and off. THEY prefer to give poor service and take your money . Cell C are seriously a Mickey Mouse operation when it comes down to service. I challenge them to redeem themselves
