Cell C can’t be trusted
A note to any Youngsters or new comers to cell phone contracts. Cell c is company can NOT be trusted. They sell a month to month contract and then change the terms and conditions. You will end up needing to pay more than the remaining contract value if I want to cancel. This is my penalty fee for joining cell c.

01 Mar 2022, 16:24Dear Cell C, Thank you for your reply, Kindly then send me voice record of the call on the day that I was sold the month to month. We will then determine if there is a penalty fee or it is was stated that there is no penalty fee. Cell C has changed their terms and conditions and this is unfair practice. Be honest with yourselves. How is it right to say that there is a penalty fee equal to or (in my case) even more than the remaining contract.
