Cell C can't be trusted

Yesterday I went to cell c, and I wanted to take out a wifi contract for myself knowing I have a perfect credit score.

They advised that my credit is to low, I asked them how is that possible?

They asked and advised me if I ever had an 084 number under a Samsung J5.

I said no, and they advised that there was one taken out on my name on the 5th of April 2018.

I advised them that I've never owned a number like that or have a J5 that I only my current contract and one prepaid.

I recently done an upgrade on my contact but that only happend on the 4th of April, one day before the "new" contract was loaded to my name.

I asked them to check who was the employee (Joshua Delport) who had done the new upgrade and I advised that I've never spoken to that person since I first got my first contract with them and that my recent upgrade was done by someone else(William Kleyn).

Immediately I called the shop and asked to find out what happend? Because who wants to pay for something they havent purchased or owned?

The employee(Joshua Delport( advised that someone allegedly called him (that sounded like me) and asked for a new contract.

Aren't they suppose to have your ID to open a new contract??

Secondly, my signature on the contract aswell?

Thirdly who picked up the phone at the shop if they know how I look.

The employee(Joshua Delport) said that he will take full responsibility for it and that he will add it to his account but the number will still be on my name - I don't want that.

After a few hours of calling and fighting eventually the contract is of my name - thank goodness..

Then I asked them to please forward me an email with the proof. Haven't received anything until this afternoon at 5pm after I had to call again.

My biggest concern is how can I trust Cell C?

My Credit score has been affected by this and basically it's *****.

It's totally unacceptable I spoke to the Manager and asked what is going to happen to the employee? He advised that he did speak to him, but the employee is saying that he WhatsApp'd with me regarding the new contract.

I have no personal interest with this employee ( Joshua Delport) and do not have is number until yesterday. Meaning he was telling me a different story regarding what happend as well as his manager.

This employee can't be trusted and I believe he should be terminated immediately.

I have really lost my trust in Cell C but unfortunately I'm bound to them until my contact expires.
