Cell C can't assist new customers.

I went to a Cell C branch wishing to apply for a contract. When I got there they told me I do not qualify, clearly a mistake on their side as I qualified for a house and various other contracts. The branch rep told me I don't qualify without providing me with a reason, thus he called Cell C HQ to find out why. He told me to wait 4 hours then he will call me. Two days later, I have called Cell C support myself to find out why I didn't qualify. They then told me that they were unable to check why I didn't qualify and that I can only check if I can qualify within 31 days.

Horrible service, no-one can assist me in this matter. Rather seek contracts elsewhere.
