Cell C - cannot upgrade to what I want because I need to make more debts and not pay them off.

Hi, I am so disappointed with Cell C , I currently have 3 contracts with them and I have been nagged on numerous occasions to upgrade my 2 contracts since they due for upgrades for the past 2 and a half years. Just as I was ready to upgrade I am being denied the phone I have chosen simply because I have paid off one of my debts that have nothing to do with them and suddenly my score with them is low. I have been with Cell C for over 10 years and have never missed an installment/subscription and this is the treatment I get Oh and the consultant that I dealt with said since I’m on a month to month on my two contracts, I’m more than welcome to go back to prepaid cause apparently I need to have debts in order to upgrade to what I want and that’s the South African law.
