Cell C cannot stop themselves from *****ing my money
On the 15th of May 2019, I wrote a review on Hello Peter complaining how it took 3 months to notify the company on how I don't with to continue with their contract. Cell C wrote back and cancelled the account.
This year from April, Cell C has been continuing to deduct amounts from my account which vary from R45 to R200 every month. And every month I have to reverse the monies. As a result my credit score is suffering.
Why is Cell C deducting money for a closed account?
I would appreciate it if the company could just delete my details off their system and stop *****ing my money.
I would never advise someone to take a contract with his company.

Such a pity it takes me writing to Hello Peter to get a response from Cell C.

17 Mar 2021, 12:32Can you believe that Cell C is still deducting from my account. This after Moses Mo***eng told me that only R49 had to be paid in January then the account will be cancelled. It is now the 17th of March and Cell C has continued to deduct in February and the account is still active according to Clearscore. Please close my account? This is all I want. Moses Mo***eng has stopped taking my calls or answering my emails so I don't know what else to do.

You will reverse all deductions you have made since 15 May 2019 to date and remove my details from your credit control department! Unacceptable! I also want ALL correspondence sent to you from me for the past five years which you are legally required to keep for a period of five years. If nothing is done, within the next 24 hours, I will take legal recourse.
