Cell C cannot see they are pathetic

My router was faulty from the start, now it's in for repairs for 21 days minimum, but I must still pay my R539:00 account. The "loan unit" is always out and they cannot tell me who or it is!!! They refused to help a man in front of me because he did not produce the old "******" ID book. Even though he had the new ID with him. The photo was not like the old photo. This is Cell C somerset west, pathetic service and *********** staff. Regret signing a 2 year contract big time!!!!!!!
