Cell c cannot read correctly. (16th july 2017 which is the 7th month , not 6th)

<p>I made 2 purchases of R15 airtime (R30) and Didn't receive it on the 16th July 2017 , the money was taken off my account but the airtime did not reflect , I rebooted my phone about 20 mins after and still nothing , I make purchases all the time with no issue and you can check my airtime purchase if you like. Please sort this out , I wantvmy airtime urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>the above date mentioned was 16th july 2017 ( not the 6th month june) </p> <p> </p> <p>Cell c responded with this : (below date indicates june not july) </p> <p> </p> <p>As per the system on the 16/06/17 you recharged with R50.00 + R17.00 which adds up to R67.00 then at 11:16 you loaded 300MB at an amount of R65.00 which was deducted from the R67.00 then you were left with a balance of R1.97 </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Cell C | PN</p> <p> </p>
