CELL C cannot provide a service

To whom it may concern/ SA Consumers<br> <br> I have been trying, in vain, to cancel my Cell C contract for the past three weeks. The grounds of my cancellation, is that Cell C cannot provide me with Sufficient Cell Phone Network Coverage at my home OR my place of work. I have received a reference number from the Networks department (REF NO: SD368677), confirming this. I then spoke to the cancellations/Retentions department, and they confirmed that I can cancel my contract without paying out the remainder of my contract. I was then instructed to hand my phone into a Cell C store, and that the phone would we sent to the warehouse for inspection, to make sure the phone is in good working order.<br> <br> After more than a week, I finally got an sms from Cell C stating that a quote of -+ R 6700.00 has been generated for my phone as it is \Damaged". I have had the phone for more than 5 months"
