Cell C - cannot phone 086 or 087 numbers

I am on a pinnacle contract with Cell C. You cannot phone any 086 or 087 numbers. Meaning you cannot solve any queries with the banks and a lot of security companies also make use of 087 numbers. What is the use of having a contract with cell c if you cannot make urgent calls. And no, they did not inform me about this when I took out the contract. Apparently, you must increase your limit and pay for that calls additionally to what you are paying for the contract. Those calls cannot be made with the minutes you receive monthly. It is EXTREMELY frustrating. I wil surely cancel my contracts with Cell C after these contracts have expired.
