Cell C cannot get their act right

For 2 months now, Cell C has not taken my monthly subs, as per our debt order agreement, and after 3 calls, still no debt order ! I do not have the time to sort out your incompetency !

this is absolutely ridiculous, your team contacted me, but because of your RIDICILOUS security questions, that I cannot answer, because I do not have every single possible piece of information that I own on me, they cannot help me ! You are so ***********, no wonder you are going bankrupt ! Good luck in finding another job buddy !!
