CELL C cannot delivery on their promise

I requested a new contract with Cell C on the 9th of March 2015 which was only approved on the 17th of March 2015.<br> I called them right after receiving the sms that it has been approved and when can I expect the delivery of the phone and the response was Thursday 19th March 2015 or 20th March 2015.<br> When i called on both these days the excuse was my phone was only approved on Tuesday 17th March 2015 and the details were not loaded into their system.<br> Then I called them on the Tuesday 24th March 2015 to find out when it would be delivered I got the response that my porting failed and that is why it has not been released to a courier for delivery and i would get a call back that it is on its way. They promise to call you and never do.<br> <br> I am absolutely shocked and furious at the service. <br> My first payment due on this phone is 31 March 2015 IF THEY CHARGE ME & I HAVE NOT SIGNED ANYTHING ON AGREEMENT TO THIS AND ALSO DONT HAVE THE PHONE HOW IS THAT LEGAL<br> I was promised the phone either the days of 19 or 20 March 2015.
