CELL C CANNOT DELIVER ON PROMISES MADE

Compared deals Cell C had the cheapest rate on the new HAUWEI MATE 7 Gold. I called a few stores all saying they were out of stock and to apply thru the call centre as it would be faster to have it delivered once the telephonic application was apprved. I did so spoke to a very helpful Nqobile Mahlangu, however issues arose. The security verification failed twice despite me answering all questions truthfully. I then had to go through the trouble of submitting payslip, bank statmnt and copy of id. I was advised my clearly printed copy of id was not good enough a day later and resubmitted this. I have followed up daily with Nqobile now that it has been 7 working days I am being advised the phone is out of stock, and how would I like to proceed? I have submitted all my docs in a timely fashion and I am already frustrated at having to wait longer to have the phone delivered. There was no indication to advise the wait may be longer or that the phone is out of stock. I previously cancelled a contract due to pathetic customer service and failure to deliver on promises made. We are off to a bad start. If the phone is not delivered by Monday pls cancel the request I will no lngr b interested
