Cell C cannot cancel debit order

I would give zero stars if HelloPeter allowed me to. Cell C cannot assist with cancelling a debit order. In store they say to phone customer care. Customer care, once contacted, just pulls up their shoulders and tell you to email them. So now we have sent an email, fingers crossed the stars will align and someone will be able to assist. It should not be this difficult to withdraw authotization to debit - keeping in mind we are not saying we won't pay, just that a debit order is not the most efficient way for us anymore.
