Cell C cannot be trusted
Cell C are undercover ******. They frequently send me promotional sms's. When I call them to take up the offer then they tell me that the sms was sent to me in error and they cannot honor it. ( No where in the 24hrs did they send a recall/apology message for the alleged sms sent in error). If they can honor it, then there are always all sorts of additional charges that i must pay in order to qualify. Nothing is staight forward. This month i cancelled a recurring bundle on my sim and they took away the benefits i had just paid for as well. They work so underhandedly to ***** from their clients.

01 Apr 2019, 16:30I won't hold my breath as I have another matter outstanding for nearly 3 months. All you do is close the one reference number and reopen another when I follow up. Beides your call centre agents are soooo useless that when they don't know how to help, they just end the call.
