Cell C cancel's simcard - stole airtime balance - sim was used daily!

Simply the worse cellular company. Once a proud client with 4 active contracts plus prepaid accounts for my staff, I moved away one by one. I actually read with a smile that even Telkom mobile surpassed Cell C in a recent survey. And this morning Cell C just confirmed why they are hopeless. I have a positive balance on my pre-paid cell c line (one of my lines I kept), getting mostly incoming calls and using whatsapp. I use wifi at home and at the office so don't recharge often. This morning my phone is off-line. Called Cell C. No sir, you simcard has been cancelled due to you not recharging in 3 months. Airtime balance gone. No explanation. No sms to say recharge or else! And I receive calls on this line.

So Cell C once again proofed what a horrible company they are. Stole my airtime and sms balance, and in no way is interested to assist me. So I'm changing my number in my contacts list. Good Riddance Cell C. NEVER again.
