Cell C cancels contract because they can't offer service AND STILL SUBTRACT DEBIT ORDER!!

<p> After a year of NO SERVICE from Cell C and numerous attempts to get response from them, they finally let me go out of my contract on 7 September 2016. They explained that their towers in my area are broken and they will not attend to it within the next 3-4 months so they have decided to let me go out of my contract. The consultant explained that they will not charge the next debit order at the end of September 2016 as they are waiving all future payments beause of the inconvenience they have caused me. This morning (27 Aug) the debit order STILL WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT. Cell C urgently needs to contact me as I am going to sue the living hell out of them!!!! I am fed up with this company *****ING MY MONEY EVERY MONTH FOR LITTERALLY NO SERVICE!!!! The ref nr for the call whereby I was told that the debit order will not go off is ********** 125</p>
