Cell C cancelling my contract

Cell c cancelled one of my contracts to the amount of R5821.00. Im been struggeling with them for +-30 days and still no resonds. I even send and email to them and still they are not responding. Cell c in matlosana mall is very helpfull but it seems head office is the problem. Please assist me in this matter hello peter. Thanks Petrus van Wyngaard
