Cell C, cancelling contracts losing people money and making families suffer more in this economy.

I have had my Cell. C contract and the same numbers for many many years.

Over the weekend I received the below message :-

Your cancellation request was processed successfully and your contract will be terminated end August 2024. For any queries, call 084143 option 2. CellC.

NEVER MISSING PAYMENTS....

My contracts were up for renewal In March, we never renewed them, never making use of the extra costs and charges ect, so not sure why we are still getting billed and account is in arrears, with no communication.

On receiving the above message they where called and said my numbers have been cancelled and will be put back in a pool for redistribution.

This is beyond negligent, these numbers are connected to my banking, Sars, how I make money and communicate with clients.

How I communicate with my family and friends.

They have maliciously destroyed all the above because I refuse to extent their excessive contracts for another 2 years.

I need urgent help as I am losing alot of money and this has opened me open to major *****.

Please assist urgently, I would appreciate all the help I can get.
