Cell C cancelled my IP address

Last Thursday my IP address for some unknown reason was cancelled. My housemate has been trying to have this resorted to know avail. We were told it is a Vumatel problem. 20h00 last night the call centre just said that trying to reach technical support is an invalid entry. I spoke to Vumatel and they told me there was no problem on their side. This morning I have held on for longer than 10 minutes to try and reach any level of support to no avail.

The person who is supposed to look after me personally's phone was switched off last night and this morning he is just not answering.

Seeing that this is actually costing me money as this is used for business, this is absolutely shocking.
