Cell c cancelled my insurance without me knowing

<p>Early this year I upgraded my cellphone contract and took insurance for my new phone. On the 29th of May Cell c decided to cancel the insurance without me knowing , now my phone does not have insurance. When I call them they make me hold for a long time and not assist me. </p>

Now I have to pay about R1300 access because of this and it was not my fault. I haven't had a phone for a month now and no one is assisting me.
