Cell C CANCELLED MY CONTRACT

I sent back my iPhone 6s plus 64gig because the colour was pink and im a guy, I waited 2 weeks for them to pick it up, then I waited a further 2 weeks for them to check phone before I can place a new order. When eventually i could finally place an order they were out of stock. I then waited another week for them to get stock, I was told that by the 19th they will have stock. On the 18th I called in because of a problem I had with my router and I was told that both my contracts the iPhone and router have been cancelled. I do not know what to do now because I have been having trouble from day one. I also am sure they will debit my account end of this month even though I have no phone and no simcard. I am in shock.
