Cell C - Cancelled Fibre Service (Cell C suspends service bridging their contract agreement) and debit client account during the month for no service and yet to date cannot send me my usage or last activity on the line.

Cell C daylight robery (debited my account after cancellation of Fibre service has been successful. They have terminated and suspended service and no internet usuage during the month of August 2019 has been recieved and yet they debited my account)

Problem: Debited my account without receiving any internet connection during the month and yet it was cancelled and confirmed as i have moved ISP's.

You cannot move to a different ISP with cancelling your existing fibre plan. The process has been followed and hence the mail has been sent in july to Cell C to request cancellation. It was instructed that my service will be cancelled and place in a release state for the new ISP to take it over. On the 2nd of August my service has cancelled totally from Cell C and i was active with my new service provider. During this month, how Cell C determines i was active , who knows? . I would like to request all logs and traces of my data usuage throughout this month ? as Cell C claims i have been active. There is no way you can be active on two ISP using Fibre infrastructure.

I was contact by Cell Consultant during the course of today and last week in which i explained the situation and yet they were quite determined to not understand the situation. I was told that a reference number confirming the calls would be sms'd to me after the call. To this very date i have not received any Reference numbers.

In addition , i was instructed to send through the cancellation mail i sent through a month and half ago and also indicating why i am being billed for september which i sent through (Fibre support Mail) Please find reference number of mails: The ticket number: Ticket # [CF090691] - today

In addition , i also have all other proofs of service being suspended. Like i said how can you move to different ISP's.

This is unacceptable and i would like this matter to be resolved as soon as possible. Paying for something you have not received is worth mentioning
