Cell C: Cancelled contract and still getting debit order

<p>I contacted Cell C in May to ask them how much I should pay to cancel my contract with them.</p> <p>They gave me the amounts for the two contracts and on 30th May I sent an email with the proof of payment for both contracts and made it clear on email that this is to settle my accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Suddenly, at the end of September I get a Cell C debit order for R389. When I call them, I am told that I was supposed to call them 24 hours after the payment had been made in order for my contract to be cancelled and paid. Not single one of their agents told me this over the phone or email. Second of all, my last debit order for the contracts was supposed to be end of Sept (if I had not settled them earlier), but now they tell me that they will debit again end of October and that they won't return the money to my bank account.</p> <p>Cell C is nothing but a ******** company *****ing from it's clients and I want nothing to do with them ever, and be assured I will spread the word on this everywhere I can including all social media.</p> <p>****** ******!</p>
