Cell C cancellations USESLESS SERVICE

Truly disappointed in how difficult it is to cancel a contract with Cell C. From the 21st Jan 2021 It's been a constant struggle. I sent the settlement amount including the commitment amounts on the day I spoke to a lady named Melody. I called back and they were closed. The following day I called and spoke to Karabo who explained that the amount had not yet reflected and I should call back, when I called Axolile explained that the amount was there but I should call back today. So now I called and Nondumiso cancelled my one number after a whole lot of drama. Told me about 30 day cancellation and now that means I still have to pay an installment in February but my contract is cancelled and I struggled from the 21st. I requested a refund of the amount left since I wanted to do two cancellations and they're just giving me trouble. I have to wait 7 full days for my refund. Sorry but cell c is useless and I've been nothing but a loyal customer. This is my last conducting any kind of business with them.
