Cell C Cancellations ( Terrible service)

Very bad experience with the cancellations department. Money paid to their account never is distrubuted correctly and on time. Very disorganized and general lack of customer care .I have been a customer of theirs for many years have all my contracts with them and I am truly displeased with the service. This is the second time I have had problems with cancellations.No one takes responsibility for this department. its absolutely appalling at how confident the staff is when defending wrong . Overall lack of professionalism
