Cell C Cancellations do not answer
I have just been on hold trying to get through to the cancellations department for 32 mins. After 32 mins I bounced back to customer care.
This is truly shocking service - you are put on hold for less time calling Home Affairs!
As yet, I have not reached the Cell C Cancellations department.
