Cell C Cancellations Department is ********** to deal with. In Nov 2025 I requested cancellation of a contract due to the contract period. After having devices collected I heard nothing. Yesterday when I am trying to upgrade my contracts, I could not as the cancellation was not finalised - almost 2 months later cos of a lack of communication of the procedure. Terrible Customer Service. Will never deal with call centres to do upgrades with Cell C.
