Cell C Cancellations department bull...
<p>We got a quotation to get our 1 cell c contract cancelled on the 15th of July. The lady advised us that we would still need to pay end of July, which we fully understand. Now, we are told this morning, that we need to pay end of August aswell? This is after the 30 days notice permitted by the CPA, so why the heck do we need to pay this? So ticked off at this!</p> <p>Ref number - ********** ********** </p>

This matter is now getting out of hand. I still need to pay another month's fees, after already paying R2600 to get this **** contract bought out! Why!?!?!? How much "notice" do you need to cancel a contract? And why am I still throwing money into this pitt?
