Cell c cancellations.

Cell c giving me the run around for over 3 months. I took out new contract over phone then changed my mind and emailed phoned etc within 4 days. They promised to cancel. Have now loaded contract. Taken off money. I have phoned customer care detentions cancellations and now have to email again. Endless. Useless. I am fed up.
