Cell C cancellations
After cancelling my contract and moving to a new ISP, Cell C still took two debit orders from my bank account. Apparently I had two contracts to cancel. So 7 months later, they decide to take another R949 out of my account.
Make you sure to cancel both contract when giving them notice. Plain "*****" and dishonest. I cant belive that a major company in SA can do business like this.
Hoping to get a reply through this platform.

Both lines have now been "Permanently deactivated". The amount debited was due in October 2020 as the last payment for the account ***.

03 May 2021, 14:08This was for October 2020, you kept reversing the amount every month and as such we continue debiting until we receive the funds.
