Cell C Cancellation Service - Pathetic

Cell C - Customer Service Pathetic. Two contracts have been opened in my name which I never agreed to or asked for. Am unable to cancel as everytime I call I get told I have failed the security questions. Have been into the store to try and cancel there, same story. What am I supposed to do to cancel these two ********** contracts. I am now going to cancel all my cell c contracts as soon as I can. Service is pathetic and non-existent. I have been a cell c client for many, many years. Never again
