Cell C cancellation of contract issues

My Cell C contact expires on 25 July 2019. I phoned Cell C on 15 July 2019 to cancel. I spoke with Noktula, Akon and Jeremy on 3 separate times. All 3 gave me the 084 143 option 2 number. When you phone or are transferred it says that the number doesn't exist. Jeremay in my third call said that he would send an email to them and I will be contacted before close of business the same day. No one contacted me. For 2 years of my contract I have not had a single joy from Cell C whether signal wise or other. Can someone please help me so I can be rid of them
