Cell C Cancellation not processed

In July 2015, I asked for my contract to be terminated due to the unhappiness I had with the contract since inception, they told me to pay a settlement of R486.96 for the cancellation to be completed, and I did that. All my troubles had stopped until Cell C started debiting me again every month since December 2016, and none of their staff is able to assist me with my queries, I have already spoken to 4 consultants today and they keep forwarding my calls to others and none of them is giving me confidence that they can assist with what I need because I want my money back and I will be reversing the debits from the bank.<br> <br> <br>
