Cell C cancellation nightmare!

We have been loyal customers since Cell C started. We cancelled our data contract and was assured that it was done. Now we have received an invoice for double the amount again. Cell C customer service is useless, you phone numerous times and nobody gives a damn. Unacceptable!!!!
