Cell C Cancellation Nightmare

Iv been with cell c for over 10 years BUT I have never been so angry and disappointed with their service. I needed a contract and coincidentally a lady called me offering me a contract special of a Samsung with a watch and earbuds worth 3k. I took it because I wanted the phone and earbuds. The phone arrived, I did not get the earbuds. It was just phone and watch. I called in to return the phone. They collected the phone within a week. I try to call to cancel the contract so I can go into a shop rather to get the contract I one. Since April till now...I cannot cancel. I went to Cell C Mall of Africa they also tried to help. No one seems to want to help me cancel the contract. When we call we are passed on from one department to another. I started getting emails and calls that I owe 500 something mind you the agreement of the phone was going to be 400. Today I get debited 1000 from from account. I want to scream.... I am tired of dealing with Cell C customer care and I do not have time to be up and down going into the store again. The contract was so easy to get over the phone but I cant cancel it now over the phone. I am tired.
