Cell C Cancellation Nightmare

Gooday. I want to share my nasty and disgusting service I've received from cell c , ive been very patient and believed their so called customer service experts in what they have to say but honestly speaking they are all useless. My data contract was up for cancellation couple months ago and i called and placed my notice to cancell the line and its been the worse nightmare ive ever experienced. I spoke to numerous consultants that promised it would be cancelled however it was not cancelled. A consultant named "ROCHELLE" from the cancellations department promised me that this line would be cancelled asap and she would dispute this matter and refund me all unessesary debits that went off my account but Everytime i called she keeps making excuses and so does all the other consultants ive spoken to including the Facebook page ive dealth with a consultant named "LUNGILE" And she promised that they will credit my bank account within 7 days but yip nothing happened, then when you try contacting cell c again you get assistance from someone else and have to explain the entire story again me and cell c facebook page have been exchanging messages back and forth they keep saying that they will get back to me but no one does eventually, all i want is my refund for the months they debited my bank account *******ly although i placed this number for cancellation on time and the number was not in use as i have another data line with Vodacom..
