Cell C Cancellation fiasco
I have been trying to cancel my contract with Cell C for 2 weeks. I was given incorrect information by their operator and have been trying to speak to someone to sort it out ever since. I am constantly promised someone will call and 2 weeks later no one has and the stock emails come back stating the same unhelpful assurance each time

15 Mar 2024, 08:23The private reply sent by Cell C to me continues to be a stock robotic response that in no way addresses the issues I have raised with them and my request to correct the issue. This is why I went public - as I warned them I would do if they continued to refuse to address the issue. Apparently this does not bother them
