Cell C cancellation FAIL!
Seriously not happy!! No one at Cell C can seemingly help me to cancel my contract! Why? I am trying to get through to someone who can help me but I get given the run around?? Can someone explain to me why? I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT !

21 Jan 2020, 10:58Good day - still NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! No one has contacted me, people on the phone give me the run around!!!
I have phoned -084 143, option 2. I have spoken to 7 different "customer care" consultants and I have done 7 different security checks, yet I keep getting diverted back to customer care. I have emailed cancellations, I have emailed retention......at this rate I am going to cancel my debit order so that YOU have to phone ME!
And you WONDER why people cancel their contracts!
CALL ME!!!!!! disgusting service!
I have phoned -084 143, option 2. I have spoken to 7 different "customer care" consultants and I have done 7 different security checks, yet I keep getting diverted back to customer care.
