Cell C cancellation

Cell C cellphone warehouse has lost the phone that was returned to them, know The contract has been renewed although I didn't want to upgrade the number that it is the reason that I have returned the phone in January already, but know I must pay monthly for something that i do not have. The problem is know myne and acoorfing to me this is theft, Cell C is *****ing money from me because of they lost the returned phone.
