Cell C cancellation
I cancelled my contract and they still debited me when the account was fully paid. I have been on legal for 40minutes with no answer. Useless customer service. I want a cancellation letter and no one can provide me with it. I have the cancelation sms but no official letter. Last time I checked I did not sign my contract via sms. Get your act together it's rediculas.
