CELL C - CANCEL MY CONTRACT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Case Number: *** - I have been trying since 21 February to cancel my cell c contact. I am in New Zealand and no longer use the number so I need to cancel my contract so that the money does not come off my debit order any longer! I've tried calling Cell C numerous times but the call keeps getting cut after I hold for how long!! I eMail customer service and retentions constantly and I keep getting asked for the same details. A letter with my signature cancelling the contract, a copy of my ID - I keep sending this and nobody confirms cancellation - they keep asking me for the same information!! Get your act together Cell C!! YOur service is disgusting !!!! I have put my mothers contact number in the details as I'm in New Zealand in order to post this review.
