Cell C can't to give me copy on cellphone contract

I have this contact with cellc for almost two years, when the contract was about to lapse i told them not renew the contract.<br> i called cellc a week before the lapse date which was end of 30 October 2015 to request for a copy of my contract and they send me from pillar to post until the end of October had passed.<br> <br> I needed this copy to get my samsung s4 to be repaired at samsung repairs centre, and samsung will not repair my phone if I don't have this contract copy.<br> <br> Now cellc call centre keeps on sending from \Retentions
