Bought BIS on thursday(26/02/2015),the following day I changed my tariff and all my BIS is gone.I then called them to query,they promised it will be reversed since the mistake was on their system,and I must wait 48hrs.I called them again today(2/3/2015) and this Moses guy tells me I forfeited my BIS and there is nothing he can do for me,and I'm like ***
