Cell C call centres are an absolute joke !
So the Cell C call centre calls me, and demands that I give them my ID number, to "prove who I say I am", but they refuse to prove who they say they are ? Whoever thought of your security systems are a proper idiot !

15 Jun 2023, 15:07I don't know why I was contacted, when I refused to give her my ID number, she asked me to call CELL C, and when I asked her why I should call Cell C, she said she cannot tell me, because I refused to give her my ID number... see how utterly ridiculous your systems are ?

We can enquire with the store manager what the call entailed if you possibly know from which store they stated they are calling from?
Do you possibly have a query / enquiry with us that you need assistance with?
