Cell C call centre sold my data on my top up account to a stranger over the telephone

After weeks of research I put together a list of Cell C call centre staff that sold data over the telephone to some stranger from my phone. I then got numerous telephone calls from the staff telling me all sorts of conflicting information. Then I finally got a call from a lady at Cell C to say they had listened to the tape recordings at the call centre and the person who phoned in and bought data did not have any of my details. Months later and Cell C are still debiting the thousands of rands of data that was ****** from me via the call centre. No one is able to sort this out and each month I have to reverse what Cell C debits from my account. I have not used this phone in months and will now have to close my bank account and move to another cellular company. The mind boggles as to how a company can allow such *******ion.
