cell c call centre personal are rude
My airtime is been taken by cell c . . . When I called da call centre lady refuse to let me speak I made two call at 20:08pm and 20:13 both were not giving me a chance to explain that all my apps are restricted but still cell c taking my airtime. . . I'm not a fool I know how to operate my fone and they can not tell me what's running but say sumthing is running . . . I just think cell c is robbing people. . . I have a watsapp package that is R5 so dnt see why my airtime been taken
